00.16 Oh good, you're here! I've stumbled upon something truly disturbing. Today I made sure to avoid all distractions. I didn't go online. I didn't play video games. I didn't even do household chores. And yet somehow, I got even less work done than usual! How is this possible? It's diabolical! We've entered some kind of Phantom Zone, a nether realm of dark possibility and menace, hitherto unknown, where the laws of physics, productivity, action, vigour, vim, (& maybe some other things) have gone haywire! The very fabric of the universe is in doubt! Why, we may not even be here tomorrow! The WORLD may not be here tomorrow! Or it may be here, but irreparably changed somehow, in ways that we can't predict! This could be it! (I mean, it may be all fine, but still…) IT! (So just in case, we should totally have sex—and bear with me on this because it makes a certain kind of sense— considering we're in the midst of a Phantom Zone event there's a good chance we won't survive but our conceived offspring may leapfrog through the singularity & definitely gain superpowers and sure I won't be alive & you won't be alive but won't you feel better knowing that our superchild is ruling what remains of the ruins of the world with a strong but just hand, and also that before we died we totally had an amazing afterglow cuddle?)
